This was my first time renting a portable unit. It was a great experience! It was very clean(unlike many other companies), the staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with, the owner did the delivery and was exactly the same. He was very prompt on timing. I was told a later time for delivery and he came several hours before (which helped out a lot). Also, I was told to call when I was ready for pickup. I called and not even an hour later he was here to pick up. Again, this was my first portable rental ever, and I will continue to use this company everytime. Thanks Rick and staff!
