Herberholz & Company PC

IRS confirms that Herberholz & Co. PC filed an extension on our behalf until October & that our taxes have not been filed yet. WHAT??? WHY? Everything was completed in early April and we were told that he would file everything electronically. The check for tax preparation services was cashed, however. We did not receive our refund last year until fall also, but were told by Herberholz & Co. that it was an IRS glitch. We feel HUGE REGRET in utilizing this "company". Does not return phone messages or reply to email. Phone person only "takes messages". Now we have to file our taxes ourselves or pay another service, despite paying this guy to do them.
