Coach House Apartments

Average layout for a one bedroom, but there's space. Just wish there were more windows. Grounds are nice, parking is usually okay. The gated community feel is alright.

I've lived here for two years. I think the best part about the complex is that it's so close to Providence, as I am a third-shift nurse and always on-call. It's quiet, which is great after coming off a shift. The office staff and the other residents are friendly. It's refreshing that I haven't seen any of them in the ER either, which tells me more than someone just saying the neighborhood is peaceful. I had a problem with my dishwasher draining and backing up in the sink, so I called the office. A polite girl answered the phone and said that maintenance was a little backed up, but would get to it as soon as possible. They were out within the hour, which was great. I can leave my central air on all the time and it's not crazily priced. And it's useful that theres washers and dryers in each building...though I do wish there were more. Either way, it's home.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE, THE MAINTENACE STATES THERE GOING TO DO SOMETHING, THEY DO NOT, THIS BUSINESS HAS A LOW RATE OF 1 STAR, ITS OWN BY PEOPLES THAT DON NOOT CARE ABOUT THE WAY THE APARTMENS LOOK,. THEY ONLY HAVE 1 WASHER 1 DRYER TO AN APARTMENT, NO TABLE FOR A COMPANY THIS BIG FOR 8 APARTMENTS IT SHOULD ATLEAST BE 3 OF EACH. LINDA IS JUST THERE MIDDLE PERSON, SHE LIE JUST TO GET YOU OUT OF HER FACE, BEAUSE SHE WON'T DO ANYTHING, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET TO CAROL AND CAN DO, I HAD 3 FRIENDS THAT WANT TO MOVE IN HERE I TOLD THEM DON'T YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
