Salon Rage

The last time I went to Salon Rage, I was very disappointed with how my service was "finished." The highlighting I received turned out good, but after rinsing, I was simply left with a wet head of hair--here's the comb, here's the dryer, help yourself. My hair wasn't even towel dried, it was dripping. I went into the bathroom and grabbed some paper towels to wring out my hair, combed it, paid the bill and left. Quite frankly, I was kind of embarrassed. To be fair, I said I did not want a blow-dry by the stylist, but I thought the least they could do was towel dry my hair and comb it out. If the salon's rules dictate that when a customer is not receiving a blow dry, they're to be left immediately after being rinsed out, then I won't go back, even if the stylist's work was good.

This is the best salon I've ever been to! Everyone who works there is incredible! I always feel so comfortable when i go there! would reccommend to everybody!
