        My cell phone charge port was damaged and I took it to the CPR shop in Snellville, GA in October 2014. It was repaired and I was told the cause of the damage was the charge cord I was using, so I purchased a new cord that they recommended. Less than a month later my phone no longer would charge and I took it back to CPR and I was told that the charge port was, again, damaged. That the damage was done by the cord connecting the phone to the charger, which was the cord I purchased from them!! When I picked up the repaired phone I was again told that it was the charge cord that damaged the phone and I showed them the cord .... identical to the ones hanging on the wall next to the counter. The man behind the counter told me I must have "stuck something" into the charge port to cause the damage. This is ludicrous, he was rude and demeaning. I will NEVER use this repair service again. They do not guarantee their work and the man who owns the shop is rude.
