I am writing to explain the previous 2 reviews from clydajo and SJUNE2001.

We did cater their son and daughter in laws wedding in Edwards CO in August of 2009.

They had an absolutly beautiful location and had a great group of people who attended their wedding.

We enjoyed working with them.

Please feel free to call me (owner Cara Miller 970-468-7414) and ask me about this. I am happy to explain. This has never happened before and has never happened again. Our guests had a two entree menu, We did run low on one of their main entrees, we immediatley corrected the situation by cooking more of the entree on site.

We also refunded the money for the 10 people who chose not to eat the food after it was prepared.

We spoke to the bride and groom the following week and they promised to remove the angry reviews posted by their family and told us that they really appreciated all we did and that they would be happy if we used them as a refrence.
