Sears Auto Center

I called to inquire about an item I left at Silver Spring for repair and the female who's name I was unable to attain was very rude. My ticket is #4970092 and it states the A/C would be ready on 5/26/10. This clerk said you just left it on the 26th of course it is not ready. I stated she should look at the information again, I left it on the16th and it was promised to me on the 26th. She replied " yeah, yeah, yeah" in an agitated manner which I felt was rude and insensitive. When she realized her mistake I told her I thought she was rude at which time she hung up the phone. I am unhappy because my A/C is not ready as promised and in attempting to check the status I came in contact with someone who should not be allowed on the phone.
