While Rob, the owner, underbid other companies, he (and the workers he left at our house) did a poor job, were never on time, did not call to notify us they were going to be late or not show up, required constant supervision, and then complained he underbid and asked for more money. Rob did not supervise his workers and so we had to constantly go behind him and show point out flaws in his work and areas that his worker's missed.



Since he said he could refinish our floors, we hired him to do that as well. He had to redo them three times to get it "right" and I was afraid to do any more because it looked like the floors were getting ruined.



In the end, I ended up firing him, even though the work was not completed properly and had to pay him for "expenses" for which he could not give us an accounting/receipts. The project also dragged on for weeks beyond what it should have taken.



The only reason why I gave this company two stars is because he was trustworthy.
