Merchant's Tire and Auto Service Center

I've bought 4 tires, got an oil change and a new battery all from this location. Everytime I certainly there Mr. Kenard Saint-Jean gets my car serviced so quick and I have seen customers come in with an attitude and each time the staff have responded so professional. Highly recommend this merchants!

I have had my car repaired and serviced at this location several times. I rarely have a long wait. They almost always have what I need in stock or they can get it quickly. Their mechanics seem adept at finding and fixing a wide array of problems. The vending machines in the back are a real plus. It's close to other shopping and restaurants too! Once my rear brake lights would not turn off after the ignition was off and the car was parked. I took my car to two other places closer to my home and they could not help me. The Merchant's mechanic listened to my description of the problem and knew exactly what to do. In less than 30 minutes, I was on my way and he charged me next to nothing. Highly recommend.

The Largest selection in tires that I've ever seen. The best prices in town. The Shortest Wait times. The friendliest staff. The cleanest store. Need I say more?? This is the only place to go in the silver spring/burtonsville area.

This Place has the Best Customer Service in the AREA!!!!! I have had no luck with the dealers in the autopark and Merchant's got my issue with my car resolved. I reccommend this place to everyone I meet. I would feel comfortable sending my 89 year old grandmother here. They have the best prices in the area. They are very curtious and knowledgable. They have the cleaniest repair shop that I have ever seen! Hats off the staff at Merchant's Silver Spring.
