I DO NOT RECOMEND this place. They do a terrible job. They seem friendly at first then they turn on you when the mess up. I went there for a touch up and had an awful experience. The told me on the phone that I would get a relaxer, shampoo and deep condition, set and style. While getting my hair done the woman kept stopping and watching television (checking her horoscope and commenting). She did not give me a deep condition because she said it was late and there was no time. I made the appointment, and they stated clearly that a deep conditioning is needed when relaxing. Then she put the dryer on too high to get me out soon. What was most disconcerting was while I was under the dryer they asked me to pay since it was getting late...how tacky. When styling my hair the blow-dryer was too hot and burned my already irritated scalp, I had to ask her to turn it down and give me a rest period to recover. When I got home I realized that my roots were not done. When I called them on the phone I was told, "What can we do? You can’t relax it again so soon it will fall out. Come in and let us see it". I went in the woman said I must have sweated out the relaxer. The nerve!! Then she proceeded to ask if I needed her to blow-dry the roots straight. I was horrified. To make maters worse, the woman who did my hair before came out of a supply room with gloves on and a bottle of cream relaxer. I had to remind them that they said it should not be re- relaxed so soon. I had to get out of there. They were loud, angry and not friendly, and tried to appease me by damaging my hair with more relaxer.
