Elite Limo

I would give 0 stars if I could - My husband and I were left stranded at the airport after a 10 hour trip because we had relied on a reservation with this company. Very unprofessional service.



We had a reservation, which we had made via email directly with the owner - we had gone back and forth to confirm details throughout email for the reservation (we were located overseas at the time) - We did not always get an immediate response, and at one point when I emailed to confirm that the latest details I had sent were received, I received an email back were the owner seemed annoyed I had asked, and pointed out he had already supplied me with a confirmation number (which he supplied before asking for the information I was attempting to confirm he had received).



A little less than a week before the flight, I emailed to see if the reservation could be for an hour later pickup - we were scheduled to get in at 1:30, and our original reservation was at 3:00. I was afraid if customs or baggage claim was delayed, our driver would be waiting, so I asked to move it to 4:00 just in case. I hadn't heard back by the time we left (which I didn't think was that odd since my last communication with the owner), but I knew that if they were not able to move it, we should have been fine with the 3:00, giving us an hour and a half to get out of the airport.



We arrived at passenger pick up at 2:30, so waited until 3:00 to see if anyone showed up - since no one did, we assumed they did change the reservation to 4:00, so we sat down and waited until 4:00. Still no one came, we called at 4:30, and were told that we had been emailed and told that 4:00 wouldn't work and 8:30pm was the next available time. I answered that I never received this email, and they said they had been having a problem with their emails going to Spam boxes. Apparently, their customers reservations aren't important enough to attempt to confirm times before a reservation - I never had any problem receiving emails from the owner, which he knew - the lady told me the email was sent from their office account (the one with the problem). Even acknowledging that it was likely it went to spam, and that they already knew it was likely it went to spam (meaning it was likely I had never read it) they never took any other steps to contact me about the time. The original time of 3 would have been fine, as I was changing it to 4 just to be sure they didn't get stuck waiting on us. So instead of trying to get in touch with me, they just ignored it and cancelled the reservation.



Additionally, I had prepaid for the ride via a Groupon - this may be why they didn't care about my business, but who knows. I was totally disgusted with the service and professionalism from Elite Limo.
