AMERICA LIMOUSINE & BUS SERVICE is the best company ever. They have helped us get around for five years. Me, my husband, my family and all of my friends, we love using their company for all of our transportation needs everytime we travel between Washington DC & Pittsburgh. They are great, very helpful and committed to giving you BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Their buses and limos are super clean & neat, very well aired & they have the BEST DRIVERS EVER. They TRULY strive to make your trip the best ever with excellent TOURS and shuttles. You could call them at anytime & they will always get you something. I HAVE TO ADMIT FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM & ALL OF MY FAMILY'S experience, they have never ever let us down. WE ARE SOOO GREATFUL for all their hard work. THEY DESERVE TO BE THE #1 company around because they are the most reliable company around. WE LOVE THEIR SERVICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AMERICA LIMO TO ANYONE. The only reason 1 star is even shown is because you can't submit without clicking one of them. This company is NOT what is seems to be.This company pulled a "bait and switch" from a 47-passanger for the ride to the wedding to a mini-shuttle seating maybe 20 people for the ride back to the hotel after a wedding resulting in stranded guests having to be put in taxi cabs at 1 AM. This operation is NOT incorporated in the State of MD according to documents received from Baltimore Dept of Taxation, does not own the fleet of vehicles they advertise and is currently being investigated by the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection . . . . call this County Office and get the scoop on them!

The driver was late and had to be led to the pick up location by someone in our party. It was never conveyed that there was a 2 stop maximum. We were charged for time not used and a $500.00 clean up charge before the trip ended even though we cleaned the vehicle ourselves at the end of the HORRIBLE trip. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am writing this review because I feel that if someone previous had warned me, I would not have sought the services of this company.
