Proudly serving the Monroe and surrounding communities for the past 18 years, our eye doctor decided to extend her dedication and love of patient care in the field of optometry to residents of Shoreline and its' neighboring communities.         Overall

        I have been a patient here for years and there is a reason: top-notch care. Brandon, the gentleman who stocks and helps to select eyewear, is like a fashion advisor; his choices are stellar. I actually do not mind wearing my glasses now. Dr. Chen's assessments mirror those which I have received at NW Eye Surgeons. Great place -

        this place is HORRIBLE! First off - we had an appt. and they took notes on what the fit for glasses would be. We purchased one pair for my partner that day and I was to be purchasing a pair in a month. Well they "lost" the notes - I am disabled but still had to go BACK up to the clinic to be refitted. Was told that they would rush my order yet my glasses are still not in. Not to mention I talked to the doctor about a problem I was having with dry eye - she just said use eye drops. I still have SEVERE dry eye to the point where I can not wear contacts and will be going to a different doctor. Don't waste your time or money here -
