        I would rate this a zero if it would allow me to. Mr. Sands and his assistant Patricia Garstka are the most unprofessional duo I have ever had to deal with in the insurance field. She is rude and unprofessional, I have the email to prove it. When brought to Mr. Sands attention his only comment was, "that has no bearing on this claim"! UNBELIEVABLE! Then when I get to the claims dept. Luca was just as rude. State Farm needs to rein in their employees. STAY AWAY! This guy is not customer service professional.
