Hey guys, I just want to thank you for everything you did for me this past week. I thought I had lost my keys, come to realize, someone broke into my house in the middle of the night and stole a bunch of things and my car! So of course, I wanted EVRYTHING to be replaced and fixed to secure my safety!! i live alone too :(

But anyways, they came out multiple days because I put them to work! I wanted the best, did NOT care the cost. I should have done this a long time ago but I thought this would NEVER happen to me. And it did. They did a wonderful job. I have zero complaints. The worker who came to help me, listened and it felt like he actually cared about me and my needs. He did everything correct and there's no damages on my door or walls. He even cleaned up the mess after every new lock that he installed. Thank you a million times for your help!! Our neighborhood locksmith is literally right down my street on Ventura!!!!

I came in to get a copy of my car key made. It was $7.50 plus tax. I thought that was a heck of a deal because on place quoted me $55 and $7 just to cut the key. So crazy

I needed to make a copy of my gate and front door key for a friend because I was leaving town suddenly. Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe made me a duplicate key that says Do Not Duplicate so the person I'm giving it too, can't make any copies. (Which settled my nerves) So thank you so much for your help.

I came in to make spare keys for my parents who are visiting from Colorado. Just wanted 1 extra set of two keys and the young man helping was friendly, kind and it took less than 1 minute to make each key. I went home to make sure they worked because of how quick they were made, and they both worked perfectly fine. Not a single problem. Thanks

This not a typical locksmith store that you would picture on a corner and there are some shoe repair places that "make keys". BUt this place has a lot of stuff. Seriously 100+ keys, 100+ locks. It's insane. They even have hidden camera's in watches and PENS! I came in just to make a copy of my apartment key and ended up with 2 cool happy designs on my key so I can determine which is which (i have work keys and my mom's keys on the same key ring)... BUt the guy who helped was friendly, courtesy and it was a nice experience. Yes I would return if needed. =)

I called around to see if anyone had a safe deposit box for sale and no one had an actual store. They could only come do services. WHACK. The young lady who answered my call and the gentleman who helped me with the safe when I came into the store, both were polite and very helpful. I was able to pick between several different safes. Reasonable pricing, especially compared to the other people who wanted to charge me just for them to come out. I recommend this place!!!

Used them in an eviction I did this week and so impressed with their quick service, they popped those babies out and put new locks in like that! Great!

I was recently had my girlfriend of 14 months move in with me and I wanted us to have brand new locks and keys. A start of something new. When the worker came over, he showed us quite a few locks that we can choose from. So that was neat. They were all very reasonable pricing. We are both very happy for the results. The worker did not make any damages, there's a 90-day warranty if something he goes wrong, he gave us his personal line. We vote this company to be A+

Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe most definitely keeps their word! I had to get important documents out of my safe and for some reason the combination was not working, so I went to the store and Eran had it opened and ready to go the next morning!!! The service was fast and at a fairly decent price. I very much Highly recommend them!!

So last night I locked myself out of my car && Sherman Oaks store was closed but they have 24 hour service.. AMAZING! Bc when I called I only waited maybe 10 mins for a technician to come & let me in. They dont charge extra for after hours & it's a weekend! The price was way affordable && overall it turned out very nice. The worker who helped was friendly, kind & knew what he was doing. So if u ever need a locksmith, call Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe!! Seriously, I am very thankful

I came into the store the other day to make some duplicate keys. Man, this business has so many locks to offer it's incredible. To think i walked in to spend a few bucks, I actually spend over $200. The high security locks they have, Mul T Locks, are incredible. The have safes, security cameras, the whole nine yards. Seroiusly. I'm a customer here and I do suggest everyone in the Sherman oaks area to go here. Roy and Eran are genuine nice gentlemen and can help you with pretty much anything you need.

Yay i'm the first one to review! Well, I purchased a safe from them. It was such a great experience from the beginning, that I have been a returned customer and purchased other things from them. Roy, he was the person who sold me the safe. He is knowledgeable and explained all the added values of each safe in retrospect to the manufactures. He listened and didn't try to rip me off by selling me something I did not need. He's a good guy. I do recommend Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe if you need any locksmith service done. They are a store front AND they do house calls! Great company!
