We bought our lexus 2 weeks ago, and let me first say we LOVE it! We also had great customer service from sales manager, Tim! He greeted us and was very friendly from the start! He answered all our questions, and really made the whole experience great! We would definitely recommend Shane's auto sales! Thank you!

Within 1 hr of purchasing our second hand car we could hear a strange noise each time we accelerated above 40 mph, we called Shanes back and they advised that was the turbo kicking in, yeah right, we brought the car back to them next day only to be told we had bought the car as is and this was our problem. As a courtesy they would look at it and do us a deal on the repairs but we would have to come back another day as they were too busy. Not a good sign when their maintenance garage is full (they only repair cars they have sold), obviously we are not the only poor suckers. We brought the car to a garage who quoted us $1000-$1500 to fix the problem, when we called Shane's back, they laughed at us and offered to buy the car we had bought from them less than one week ago, back from us for $2500.00 less than what we had paid.



I don't know how this Company get away with it, we are now left with a headache money pit as the mechanic beside our apartment called it, we are beyond devastated. You hear so many stories about shady second hand car dealers, well this company is certainly Enemy Number 1! Avoid at all lengths!



PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHANE'S CARS!

I neded to purchase a good running, cheap on gas, comfortable car..Talks with different dealers were not fruitful. TIM @ Shanes assured me that my bus trip from Santa Monica would be worthwhile. I was able to purhase a Ford Focus for the money I could afford. Polite, clear in explanations and professional with an "old fashioned" way of doing business...they talked TO and WITH ME...not AT me. Tim even drove with me to have the car checked out at MY mechanic choice....I am happy...You will be too...

Time may come to purchase a nice pre-owned car..

Your present one won't take you far..
