Stony Creek Metro Park is a natural park offering various recreational activities to visitors. It is operated by the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority. The park covers an area of more than 4,000 acres and offers various amenities to visitors, such as the Stony Creek Lake, nature center, a hiking trail, beaches, boat launch facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It offers a wide range of recreational activities, including biking, bird watching, canoeing, swimming, fishing, camping, cross-country skiing, ice skating and picnicking. The park provides bicycles, canoes, boats and kayaks on rent. Additionally, it offers banquet facilities for rent, which can be used for weddings, parties and social gatherings. Stony Creek Metro Park is located in Shelby Township, Mich.
