Dr. Wixon is a board certified family physician with a special interest in nutrition, pediatrics, women's health and preventative medicine. Dr. Wixon graduated from the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at St. John Macomb Hospital. She is on staff at McLaren Macomb.

Juli obtained a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Oakland University where she also completed her undergraduate and Masterâ€™s degree in Nursing. She was as an Emergency Room Nurse for 6 years before pursuing her doctorate. She loves taking care of people of all ages and helping them to potentiate their health. She is married with two children and views her patients like family.

At Partners in Family Medicine in Shelby Charter Township we are dedicated to improving and maintaining your and your family's health through preventative care and treatment of chronic diseases. Our family practice doctors and providers treat patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. In-office services include on-site digital X-Ray, laboratory services such as cholesterol and blood sugar screening, immunizations and wellness visits. Sick appointments can usually be made the same day and we also offer convenient evening hours. Our office has been designated as a Patient Centered Medical Home.

Brittany is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She was born and raised in northeast Ohio where she attended undergraduate school at Ohio Northern University. From there she attended Indiana State University, obtaining her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has worked in family practice for the last 7 years and has special interests in diabetes management, women's health, and mental health. She is married with two children and loves to spend time outdoors.
