Mr. Manuel Garcia of Manuel Roofing will give you a great price. However, since my new roof being installed in 2012, I have had shingles come off in the fall of 2015 and in January 2016. To shorten the story, bottom line his receipt states 10 year guarantee on workmanship. He has failed to come out and to return any calls. I would not recommend his services. I work to hard to pay a company who does not stand behind his/her work plus there contract.
