Macomb Comfort Heating and Cooling

I called Macomb Comfort Heating and Cooling for a furnace issue with a new home. They arrived promptly - probably an hour after I called. He found an issue with a part that collected dust/dirt from the home's construction, which he cleaned with water. He showed me part and how I could clean it myself if the issue happened again, but he suggested that if the filter was changed regularly I shouldn't expect a recurrence. Overall a pleasant experience, and the men were courteous.

Extremely poor customer service. They installed our furnace but never returned calls when furnace was not working and outside temp dropped to -10 degrees.
