Greengate Day Spa

I have been receiving monthly massages for the bast several years. I have had very exceptional and some "just ok" therapists before. My current therapist for 2 years is moving out-of-state so I decided to look in Orgin Institute. I figure they are a scool of massage therapy, so they would be the best, right? I made a appt. with the owner and instructor of the school.

The school itself is very hard to find, tucked away in a corner of a strip mall. When you do find it, the "school" itself is only 2 rooms big. I am still thinking, ok, this is fine. I have an instructor of supposedly 30 years working on my back and body.....WRONG!

I have had several techniques used on my body in the past and I don't know exactly what she was doing. I hate to say this was the worst experience ever, but it was. It was a combination of randomly push and prodding my back while just slopping on about a gallon of massage oil. I looked down, and she literally had a gallon of generic massage oil next to the table that she would pick up and pour in her hand.



After about 20 minutes I asked her to stop and I ended the session. That's how bad it was.



I do not recommend this place at all. I do not know how this has been state approved.
