Grandmas Restaurant

I have heard nothing but rave reviews regarding the food and the staff from my parents, sister and friends. I'm about to find out for myself as we are going for dinner with an out of town guest. I'm hoping Sarah's wrong. Maybe she was there on opening day? Will let ya know. ;)

If your affordable,great quality service, and amazing food granmas is the place for you.They have a large variety of breakfast lunch and dinner choices and most definetly the best crepes in town.Their homemade soups are delcious and they are included in all sandwhich.meals. Did i mention they provide you with bowls of soup instead of just cups?Im soo glad they finally opened, their jam packed because of their wonderful food which offer massive portions!!

I would not even give this place one star. They advertise he great their pancakes are so my boyfriend got the cinnamon apple pancakes. Sounds pretty good right? When they put them in front of us it was two pancakes with this pile of brown mush on top. Didn't really have a cinnamon flavor either. He took one bite and almost threw up because it tasted that awful. I got an omelette which was not awful but the contents weren't proportioned correctly. I had a glob of feta cheese in the middle and spinach and veggies to one side and nothing, just egg on the other side... My boyfriend ordered coffee and I ordered water. We got our drinks and ten minutes later someone brought me a coffee which I didn't even order. The staff looked like they had no training and the girl that was bussing tables had such an attitude and no sense of urgency. We waited over half an hour for our food. Breakfast is suppose to be easy and quick! The location is not prime so you would think these people would have stepped up their game... They must want to go out of business! On a side note... Later my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping and that awful taste from the 'cinnamon' pancakes left in his mouth made him throw up.
