        When I called to set up my appointment the lady was very polite and informative. I've never used this cleaning service before and I was excited to get a professional touch. She mentioned that she had been in this field for 22 years and she loved her job. I'm guessing she was the owner. The day of my appointment she was on time and went to work. I mentioned to her that I wanted her main focus to be on bathroom kitchen and family room. Those rooms ended up getting the least amount of attention. It's like the lady went into the rooms that didn't really need much attention and worked in there to make it look like she did a great job. Well to not make this a story they were here for three hours and when she left I had to finish/redo the job I paid her to do. The one thing that really pushed me over the edge is I paid this company 180 to clean my house and they did a terrible job. None of my baseboards even got touched!

        Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment with this company. Was expecting them to actually show up which they did not. No call, no response, when I did get her to answer the phone because I called from a different number she hung up when I stated who I was and asked if they were coming. Unbelievably unprofessional. Did not even have the courtsey to take a call or cancel an appointment. What a waste of people's times and energy.
