I am absolutely blown away by the terrible customer service I received from this agency and their agent. After I called the 800 # and after giving them all my information, I was placed on hold and unknowingly transferred to the agency. When the call was answered I explained I was on hold (not knowing I had been transferred) she then transferred me to an agent (still unaware they had transferred me to the agency). The agent was abrupt, rude and condescending. My reasons for leaving the agency were none that would have prohibited me from returning in the future. But, their current treatment of me most certainly has! I am in sales and I cannot imagine EVER treating anyone the way I have been treated.

Unprofessional unknowlegable untimely weeks to get quotes then they tell you to go somewhere else turning business away not very smart business practice
