        Love It at chili's me and my friend go there a lot and never had a problem once and will continue to go the manager is a friend of mine and my friend Corey and the waitress are good friends with us we always have a great time.

        one of the few places i visit often. i find the food. bar server and manager to be of top notch quality... it must be the management cuz i live closer to the other chilis but this one for some reason has better food.....

        Horrible experience!!!

        When my husband recieved his food there was a fly in his cheese that was half alive. we called over the waitress and she actually gave us attitude for our complaint! I then called over the manager and he at least replaced how plate but we never heard an apology and the manager acted like it was not a big deal either. I have been a manager for years on food service and someone would be on their final write up or even fired for such a thing and I wouldve gave the customer the meal free with a big apology. Our family will never visit this restuarant again!!

        Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in Shelby Township, Mich.
