On behalf of my father-in-law, I want to thank you for referring us to the American Association For Wartime Veterans (AAWV). They helped us immensely in obtaining veterans benefits for my father-in-law which helps us pay for his care.

We had a very complicated case and it took months to get anywhere with his application. Your team was instrumental in getting his benefits approved and processed. They worked many long hours and guided us through the bureaucratic maze. We would not have been able to get through it without AAWV.

We had never heard of this wonderful organization until the community mentioned it to us. Without your help, we would not be getting the support, attention and care that he requires and deserves in this stage of his life. I cant tell you how much comfort that brings to our family.

I am one of the biggest fans of the American Association of Wartime Veterans. It really angers me when someone causes a situation without knowing all of the facts. Unfortunately, some individuals don’t take the time to investigate further some of the allegations recently mentioned about AAWV, and it can definitely cause some doubt as to the effectiveness of your organization.



As the daughter/caregiver of two elderly parents, I am outraged by the accusations listed in the article written by Andy Kroll against the AAWV and PM. If it weren’t for the care, compassion, expertise and knowledge of my PM -- supported by the legal experts at AAWV -- I would not be able to sleep each night with the notion that my parents are living in a community that provides the assistance they both desperately need. Without the monthly VA pension my father so richly deserves -- after serving his country proudly during World War II – my parents were at risk of being unable to afford this type of care.



Had I not had the great fortune of meeting this organization, I am confident I would not have received approval of full and efficient veteran benefits.
