Grangier Glass Co

I had a window that was out of the track. Grangier came over and fixed it for me. I was shown how to fix it if it happened again. And I was not charged a penny for the service. That tells me a lot about a company. Of course if I do need any windows in the future, they would be the first ones I'd call. Thank you Brian!

Don't do business here. You have been warned. Purchased 3 windows from Grainger glass in sellersburg, to replace a clients windows. The client was very pleased with the result until the windows were cleaned, (like they need to be after installation.) There was fabricating debris on the windows (from poor quality glass making) and it causd a scratch on the window. I contacted Grainger to refund the window and they said they can't warranty that. So I guess you aren't expected to be able to clean the windows they sell. Being the business people we are, we will be buying a new window elsewhere to replace it out of our pocket and be out the time it takes to take out the junk and replace with better quality, because we made the poor choice of ordering from Grainger. Don't make the same mistake. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are leaving reviews everywhere they advertise. I don't feel like it's too much to ask to back up your product. Unfortunately we are the ones having to take the hit for their mistake, because we won't let a client pay for junk. It is not how we operate. Feel free to share!
