Gaylor Kentuckiana is a division of Gaylor Group, one of the largest independent merit shop contractors in the United States. It provides a variety of commercial, industrial, telecommunications and institutional construction services for businesses and organizations throughout Indiana and the Midwestern United States. Its services include facility construction, maintenance, equipment installation, cabling, integration, design/engineering and procurement. Its clients include United Airlines, Avon Ambulatory Center, Adams Mark Hotel, Marriott and Eli Lilly. Gaylor Group was founded in 1984 as VGJ, and in 1998, the company was named by the Associated Builders & Contractors as the National Contractor of the Year. Headquartered in Carmel, Ind., Gaylor Group maintains seven additional offices, including Gaylor Kentuckiana in Jeffersonville, Ind.
