We are a non-profit that is expanding very rapidly. We have signed up with TSC for IT support on their monthly flat rate plan. They maintain our server and support all of our computers as well. They also keep us informed of the latest spam threats and new services as they become available. Their service is prompt, professional and friendly. If we experience a difficulty they are able to quickly find the solution and always check back with us to ensure the problem has been resolved. We are very happy with TSC's tech support.

I have been working with TSC, Inc. for at least a decade now and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed! Both Farrell, Stephanie and the whole TSC staff are professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am currently enrolled in a monthly plan with TSC that ensures our server is in tip-top shape. If I am having a technical problem I contact the office and either talk to someone right away or someone will return my call within an hour or less! Their service is worth every cent (it's affordable too!) They are able to answer all of my questions no matter how basic or complicated they are with complete confidence - I trust and highly recommend them and will never consider using another company for my technology needs!

We have worked with TSC Inc. for the past 9 years and love the the support we get from them. They just recently came out with a flat monthly fee that we really like. Now we do not have to worry about being charged for everytime we make a call. I would suggest TSC to any company who is in need of a reliable IT company.
