Ordered item for Christmas on 12/15/12 and was given response it would be ready in plenty of time for Christmas. Did not ship until 12/27/12 and got a "sincere apology" from them, for what that was worth."

Thought I was ordering two blue shirts, but got two purple. They DO NOT TAKE RETURNS and DO NOT make this clear on the website that this is a custom order. They would not even consider making this right.
