Best Buy

If I could give negative stars in a review I would. Long story short - went to buy a computer, and was asked to buy an extended warranty. I said NO. Salesperson then asked again with more pressure - I said NO, I never buy them. Salesperson tried again - I said NO, and if you ask me one more time, I am walking out of this store and not purchasing the computer. Can you believe that she asked me again!!!?? This is really insane. I suspect that the salesperson had been getting a lot of pressure to sell warranties from her boss - it is a well known fact that Best Buy has made warranties into a profit center. That coupled with abysmal service and out of stock items makes me wonder how they stay in business. I will never shop there again. Period.

The staff is untrained, stupid and uncareing.I tried to buy a software over the phone with my credit card.The moron who took my order said my card would not go thru.I ended up with 4 charges on my credit card. Calling the manager and complaining is useless,she could not care less.Had to hassle with the bank to get these fraudulent charges reversed.This is a Best Buythat should be avoided
