this is the best shoe store I have ever found!!! rather than dropping off a couple boxes of shoes, they fit the shoes to your feet, and then custom make little inserts, or make little stretches to the leather to make the shoe fit better. This is one of the best finds in Seattle!

Andy Duvall of Anderson's Custom Footwear is a life saver. He is so smart, knowledgeable and talented. I practically could not walk. The Docs wanted me to have knee replacement surgery. Andy's created these wonderful orthotics for me and custom fit my foot with shoes that fit my feet. Amazing! I have wide feet and I have always had to stand to push my foot into my shoes. When I started to push my foot into my first pair of shoes from Andy, he said "wait a minute and then he just slipped the shoe onto my foot with me still sitting in the chair. You will be delightfully surprised to find a shoe store with service like this, knowledge and selection. They made my orthotics and fitted me with super cute shoes for them. I can't remember the last time my feet didn't hurt. Don't waste your time at other shoe stores. These folks have years of experience and will take great care of you.

These folk actually help fit shoes to your feet and for the purpose the shoes are going to be used. The prices are reasonable, the courtesy is beyond compare. I will return to them and hope you will try them, too.

The people who work here are great! Their selection of footwear and the service to help customers is outstanding. Every time I visit Seattle they are a destination for me.
