        Awesome personalized service. Not!

        After having a policy through this agent for five plus years we finally had to put in a roadside assistance claim for towing. After an hour we get a call from the tow company stating that they can't find us . Explained they were on the other side of town to find out that they have only been based in AZ for a few months. I called Josh and explained the situation and asked for his help. He referred me back to the 800 number based in Kansas City that screwed up the location to begin with. Really appreciate the effort to get us off the side of the road.
