Best service ever for the past 7 years wouldn't change. Comes every time I call and on time. Has need been rude, just the opposite. Devices are easy to use, love this service.

I'm confused as to why you would stay with him for 14 years if he is that disagreeable. There's plenty of other options for home security. As a former customer of ADT, I think Mark has been by far, the best to deal with. Prices are the most reasonable in town, he is always responsive and professional. I would highly recommend him, and often have.

Mark Miera is a very rude and nasty person. I had been a customer for 14 years and he has never been nice to deal with. I would NOT recommend this security service for the Santa Fe area. There are better security systems with representatives that are actually helpful and professional.
