After just closing on our new house and being new to Santa FE we were referred to A B 1 to rekey the existing locks. Carlos & Eddie were there on time and completed the job in 30 minutes. Called for new front door lock. They came, looked at my lock, yes, needs to be changed. Went to look for book with new models to choose. Never came back. I called twice, and said, it's been almost a week since you came and have not heard back from you, seems you don't want my business and their response was, yes go ahead and get somebody else!

I called AB1 Locksmith on January 2, 2011, and have to compliment them are their prompt and courteous service. They were able to take care of my problem within 30 minutes. GREAT job AB1, you obviously care about customer service.

When I phoned AB1 last Saturday evening when I lost the keys to my car, the technician arrived to help me within 20 minutes. He arrived in a company van, and clothing which made me feel very secure. He proceeded to unlock my vehicle and make 2 new keys in a very timely and professional manner. AB1 is a very professional Santa Fe Business and I would use them again

I wanted to let John and his staff know what a great job they did. I think they are the friendliest people I have met in Santa Fe so far. The customer service was fantastic. It was fast and most important they were friendly and solved my problem right away. ###I will definitely call them again. They are lifesavers!!!

I lost the keys to my RV and called AB1, I made an appointment for them to come in the morning and made arrangements for someone to be at my house. At noon the person staying at my house called and said that no on had showed up yet, when I called them the person that answered the call said the technician was having baby sitting problems. He said he was sorry and should have called. (You think?). He said someone would be there in an hour. Some one came but made a key that did not work, it got stuck in the RV lock. I called them back they said they would be at my house in 15 minutes. I hurried home and waited more then 2 hours and no one showed up. I had to go back to work, finally a different person showed up and took the key out of the RV. She said the keys had been made incorrectly. All the call I made to AB1 were answered by a different person and none knew what was going on. I felt I got very bad service.
