My experience with Vannova Legal was first class. Val handled my consult and put me at ease right away. I have a small business and a home. I had good credit most of my life so I was embarrassed and also afraid of what filing bankruptcy met. Val was patient with me and walked me through all of my options. I can't lie, bankruptcy is a very intrusive and frustrating process, especially dealing with the Chapter 13 Trustee, but everyone that I worked with at Vannova Legal put me at ease and tried to make the process easier for me. I have several perspectives that relate to my review of this law firm and my experiences related to the same. As a client - I have always received prompt attention to my questions and I have always received great feedback to questions that I didn't understand and needed some more guidance and explanation. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service from staff, attorneys and management. I have referred many friends, clients and colleagues to Vannova over the years and will continue to do so. Financial stress is difficult and exhausting but Vannova is a firm that takes your case seriously and will work their hardest to get you through the crisis.

We did give 5 stars to these so called lawyers and they were 5 stars up till the creditor court meeting. We were given a lawyer who had no experience with these type of meetings and that was when our nightmare started. We were told by the trustee that we had to pay back our income taxes because we had no right to spend them. Our lawyer told us prior that we didn't have to worry about it. Now almost one year later and we have to pay over 6k to the trustee because we listened to our lawyer even though he told us that it was agreed on $3500. Tried to call them and email them with no response. We signed just to end this nightmare. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
