We Can Fix It

I had an issue with my iMac Pro and sought help from the Apple store, where I was quoted $700 for the repair and told it would take three days. Frustrated with the cost and turnaround time, I decided to try 'We Can Fix It.' I took my phone to be fixed, they broke it further. Not only that but made me pay since they had changed screen. Phone is still not working and they have kept it for over three weeks. Every time I call the location "the manager is not in" and no one else can help me with my phone it is unprofessional and I would not recommend this to anyone else. The only positive thing out of this experience is that they provided a temporary phone but it does not function 100%

I regretfully brought by MacBook into the Peachtree Corners WeCanFixIt and was sorely disappointed. My MacBook screen only worked on an external screen and was hoping they could assist me in getting my screen to work again. Over a week later, when I got it back the screen didn't even work on an external screen anymore. Now my laptop is completely unusable. When I notified the technician he told me that was 'impossible' and he could not help me. It was not only a waste of time, but they actually broke my laptop even more than when I brought it in.

I have a house full of teenagers and a wife, and needless to say everybody here has to have a smart phone. I recently have had to have a couple of the screens fixed for two samsung galaxy s4's. Not only did these guys beat their competitors by over half the cost, which trust me, I called EVERYWHERE, but I also got my phone back in less than two hours. If your looking not only too save money buy also time, these are the guys to see. The guy who does the screens is only there Mon thru Fri, but if your phone breaks on the weekend, you would be doing yourself a huge favor to wait till the weekends over with to get your phone fixed. The staff there was great, explained everything up front in detail with no hidden cost, which I really like. They even gave me a phone to borrow just in case while they fixed my phone. Tens across the board for these guys, service, promptness, and cost.
