Breakthrough K9 Training

Contacted Lenny regarding off-leash training for my 3 yr old AKC GSD, obedience trained in German command. Very disheartening when he told me that they only train in English because it was "too hard for them" to manage multiple individual requirements (for the amount of dogs they push through their program). He also stated that the dogs learn commands quickly (as if that was enough to justify re-wiring commands from German to English for his 2 week board and train). I explained that pets are not cookie-cut animals and each pet is different. BOTTOM LINE: Make sure you realize BEFORE hiring that if your pet is trained in a different but standard language other than English, BREAKTHROUGH K9 TRAINING will not be willing to accommodate the language. It is "too difficult" for them, as Lenny explained.
