They carry good chinese scooters though high priced. Used and new part prices are quite a bit higher than internet, but in exchange Kennedy will give good tips on scooter repair. Absolutely do not buy anything, used or new if there is any doubt you will return it because its a 20% return policy(they don't like returns period and will let you know!) After I bought my used qingqi I took it to them to go over for just under $100, when I got it back I had the same starting problems and when I checked the spark plug was badly worn, I thought it should have been replaced.
