The UPS Store

I have never written a review because I have never felt as strong as I do about this store and its lack of customer service and especially their business ethics. I had an item that I paid for them to package and it was damaged in shipment. A negligible cost (~$100) compared to the overall bill, but the store refused to compensate. Despite correspondence with store associates guarantying my contents, I was told that they would not pay for the item. They have fought religiously with my credit card company when I filed a charge-back and refuse to honor their written word for guarantying my item. I could go on and on with details, but in my professional opinion, this stores owners-Brent and Jane, have spent an inordinate amount of time in not honoring their word when they could have spent minimal effort in resolving this issue. The fact that my conversations with Brent resulted in his acceptance of their mistakes, yet denial of remediation is a true description of their business character. I would not recommend trusting this business.

This store is great. I got a chance at a last minute presentation to a group that wouldn't even meet with me because the other sales rep cancelled because another local printer couldn't get his powerpoint printed and bound in time. They were great. They had 20 copies printed and professionally bound while I ate lunch at Poncho's next door. They dropped everything they were doing. They saved me and I got a $100,000 sale out of the presentation. I said thank you and they acted like they did this kind of thing every day. Thank you, Leland, Russ, Brian and Monique.
