The worst place to live the price for rent is way too high for these apts theres no hot water and the a/c always needs maintance then it takes days for them to attend your unit the apt manager walking around like tinklebell like nothings wrong trying to regulate what u can and cant wear in the pool area like really manager you have bigger problems than that... Get your bussness straight... Ps the website does nor show you all the unit with window a/c make the entire place look like the projects ...

This is the worst place to live at. Only if you are desperate then even its not understandable. From rude employees, to horrible management when it comes to repair issues, rats and roaches, and let's not even forget the constant gunshots ringing around here,. To pay as much as they charge for rent here is ridiculous. So stay away if you can!!! Their rating is a zero, but this stupid site is requesting an overall rating.

0 rate.Worse place ever First of all I move from out of town and all my carpet us wet lady said it was new carpet. I worked for a carpet cleaner that carpet had stains so bad that them shampooing it did nothing how are we suppose to move in w wet carpet second day my whole room is wet from the boiler room. I didn't sleep iny room for months they fixed it and than again. This happened 20 times or more for two years.manager is good friend w board couldn't do anything. had no one to help move out.furniture and all damaged. Wiindows etc broken by some kids forced pay over 1,000 to replace.this yr noticed rats and sounds in wall eventually they got in. Mouse boxes are set outside roaches every where no matter how many times I had to pay to bomb the place nasty. Gunshots outside my window. My kids after that never slept in their room it was right out side kids n my window from some ghetto teenagers diapute.sure I won't even get my deposit back either.glad I move three weeks ago.

Apartment complex looks great! There has been many improvements and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for this property. Management has gotten better as well. Great place to live at for the price! I have been here for 3 years and I will continue to live here!

This apartment complex is the worst complex and it's not worth not even 1 star they want ur rent money but don't take care of the repairs it's not worth ur money or time they have roaches u rent u will regret it.

These apartments are not worth anyone's time

These apartments are a rat whole. Management new and old are no good. we moved in October/2013 and are looking at breaking our Lease January/2014. We have had our children burned due to negligence in the maintenance for the water boiler after complains more than 4 times in written letters. we submitted certified letters and still nothing was done to fix the water boiler , the roach infestation , the disgusting MOLD in the rotting vanities in the bathrooms , closets, base boards all through out the apartment . The staff can never get their stories straight. They have stolen from other residents misplace important documents and are never available when you need them they say they have on-call emergency maintenance. However, every time we called no one would ever come . we have been with out a heater for almost a week in 32-29 degree weather. I have walked around the complex and have asked if they have had issues only to find that some of the other apartments are even worse than ours. some of the people have had wholes in their roof for months and have not been fixed . wholes in the walls that you can see straight through to the next door neighbors apartment The staff here don't care how many times you complain and the regional manager came and walked the apartment and still nothing was done. This place is STEALING FROM THE CATHOLIC CHARITY WHO IS TRYING TO DO GOOD. THE WOMEN AT THE OFFICE STEAL FROM THE RESIDENCE AND POCKET MONEY BY CHARGING FAKE DEPOSITS OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

We moved in late April 3013 so our lease will be up soon. Sadly I have to renu it because we are trying to buy a house which takes time since we want to have it built. Management and maintenance are beyond horrible. We put in a work purser for several things and they didn't come until a month later when I called for the billionth time. They always say maintenance had a family emergency in Mexico. I was like yeah you said that the day after we moved in. Forgive me if they have family emergencies every day but wow. I usually don't like writing things like this and I have never had to , but I'm just looking out for others. This is not the best place. Keep searching.

I strongly dislike to make negative comments but the way this apartment treats future residents makes me livid. I don't even want to know how Windbury treats current residents! I called Friday to make an appointment for a tour they didn't have time so I called Tuesday. The lady on the line sounded annoyed when I called the second time but agreed they had room for me at 3pm. I don't like when people are late so I arrived at 2:45pm (15 mins before my appt). 3:10pm (10 mins after my appt) I decided to call hoping my tour was still happening. The lady said yes, "We're on site it won't be anymore than 30 minutes." I was disappointed by the delay but I really wanted to see the apartment. 4:15pm (1 hour and 15mins after my appointment) they NEVER showed and literally left me in the cold without so much as a phone call. PLEASE somebody fix your employees & management this was extremely rude to say the least.
