Ultimate Staffing

Well I worked for Ultimate Stafing in California, and I felt they were a good staffing for me hiowever they did not always have a placement after a job was finished. I worked for them at many sites and from what I was told from the Companies Management was they had no problem with my work. I also knew some of the assignments were one to two weeks 3 months 6 months, When you do not get reassigned you go to another agency. In applying for work online so far I have not been called, told they received my resume, have not beened called for an interview, I have taken some classed and updated my resume. Still I get not calls nor emails of acknowledgement.

I met with my recruiter and had a long detailed conversation regarding what I was looking for in employment. I was a recent college graduate looking for experience in a particular field. After discussing several possible directions, my recruiter seemed to completely understand what I was looking for and we had even nailed down a wage range that was reasonable. A week later he called me with a job that I specifically had mentioned that I was not interested in at $4 less than we had discussed. It was not in the field that we had agreed on and he insisted that I decide on the spot to take it or leave it so they could "send someone else before another staffing agency fills the opening." Ultimate Staffing shows a lot of propaganda in the interview that make you feel like you are part of a team that cares about your career, but the truth is that they will pimp you out anywhere to make a buck.
