5 STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out on Sunday Fathers Day. I called late in the evening for help and got call at 7:10am next morning from Bruce. He had his guys at my house at 8am and problem fixed in 10 minutes..WOW!!! Our A/C is up and running and with another 100+ degree day in San Antonio we could not be more pleased with the quick and professional response from TOWER ELECTRIC. WE WERE IMPRESSED!!!!

This place is amazing - honest and dependable. Our A/C unit went out, or so we thought. I called an AC repair company and it turned out to be our breaker panel in the garage (all the wiring behind the panel was fried and looked like a potential fire just waiting to happen). As busy as they were, Tower got a crew out THAT day because it was August and they didn't want us without AC, nor did they want a fire. They were super busy but the dispatcher got someone in charge on the phone - he was so nice and dispatched an emergency crew. The two electricians who came out were very friendly, but more important, quick and thorough! They didn't even need to replace my wiring, they just spliced and used existing wiring to fix the problem. When the bill came, I was very pleasantly surprised - it was very reasonable and indeed I didn't get charged for any parts or equipment, just the service.
