Just got home from having breakfast at this Tink A Taco off of Tezel Road. Yes, it's a convenient neighborhood restaurant and MOST of the times the food is really good. HOWEVER, we went there this evening and ordered breakfast that included bacon. I paid 1.50 extra for 3 strips of bacon and I was so taken back by how dry and tasteless the bacon was. Obviously, the bacon must have been leftover bacon from this morning! I told the waitress I knew it wasn't her fault but that the bacon was horrible and was more like beef jerky. I didn't ask her to take it off the bill, and she didn't offer. When my husband went to the cashier to pay, he did tell the night manager at the register and she just got quiet. We weren't asking for our dollar fifty back but a word of apology would have been nice. My husband and I have decided not to go to this restaurant after 8pm. Sad and disappointing to say the least! It was enough to get on here and write this thumbs down review.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Good food, breakfast or lunch. Handmade tortillas.

You can't go wrong , no matter what you order. All of the food is excellant and the portions are just right. I haven't been to any of the others but I've heard that one family runs them all. If you love Mexican food and haven't eaten here, you have to give them a try.
