Timberwood Lube

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Timberwood Lube for about three years, and we love it! The guys there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. It is our go-to place for just about any of our car issues - oil change, battery and electrical problems, radiator...We have had nothing but great experiences there.

I've always had great service.
And about the Toyota needing synthetic: I've owned a couple Toyotas over the last several years. A 2011 tundra and a 2012 4Runner, both had synthetic from the manufacturer and recommended by Toyota. And you'll pay close to 100 bucks for it just about anywhere (unless you do it yourself). It's twice the price because it'll last at least twice as long. 10k miles between oil hanged per Toyota care plan.

My son brought in a 2011 Mazda for an oil change today. They told him it "required synthetic oil, like all foreign vehicles." Total bill was $75. Very disappointed, especially since I like to support family owned local businesses, and it's in my neighborhood.

My wife brought her 2012 Toyota in for an oild change today. They told her it required synthetic, which the manufacturer doesn't agree. Then on top of that charged her $20 in labor. Total bill was $95. Won't be bringing it there again. Too bad because it's in the neighborhood.
