We are an A1+ rated business with the Better Business Bureau and it is our priority to ensure that our members are happy not only with the services we offer but also with the customer service we provide. STW Krav Maga now has a Member Services Department in place that is a direct line to upper management and ownership.         Overall

        I really like that the class was challenging but still the instructor was very helpful in making sure that everyone was doing it right. I felt a lot more confident after the class. Gave me a sense that I could take care of myself.

        They always receive everyone with a big smile. They encourage you to have a good workout. Employees like that are well appreciated they are like light in the darkness.

        The trainer in the class is great I can hear her voice putting up everyone giving us instructions on how to carry the weight. She really makes us suffer but at the end we leave with a great feeling of satisfaction.

        Alex did a good job at explaining the techniques and insuring that everyone in the class understood before we moved onto a new technique. She also made sure was practicing safely.

        I like how they do the changing of partners. Always working with a different partner to challenge my skills. The class flies by it is just so fun.
