South TX Ambulatory Surgery Center

Seven-hour wait for our 86-year-old diabetic father. Why did our doc ever send us here for him to be seen up? Never again.

My husband had an eye procedure that was deemed he needed ASAP! Dr. Holck referred us to this place. However, I didn't receive a call from the Surgery Center until the DAY BEFORE the procedure (after I had called and called a week before requesting to know if I had to pay out of pocket)!! Three weeks later, I am having to call them daily and leave messages and NO CALL Back!! Before the secondary insurance will consider paying (I had to pay $950) to assist me on this bill, they need to get paperwork from South Texas Ambulatory Center!! Good Luck in getting any HELP from them! I have called every day and Always get the Recording. Why do they have Phones Installed if the NEVER answer?????????????? This is NOT a good professional way to run a surgery center!!!

I went most recently to this facility and I was so nervous. A huge shout out to Winston, Nicole and Rachel. This folks put me at ease and really took the time to explain everything.
