Shield Towing

This is a horrible company, hidden fees, they want paid up front with a credit card, then they have you, they can charge whatever they want and you must pay or they keep your car.
They gave me an estimate of $180 max, driver showed up with wrong equipment to tow my all wheel drive Expedition.
Was going to add all kinds of fees to use equipment brought instead of going back to shop for right truck.
Driver hooked up to my vehicle before discussing the hidden fees.
Had to call police and file charges after seeing shield did not charge my card, but used another company name I did not authorize, scammers.
Pro towing service should know what equipment to bring when you tell them what vehicle they are towing
