Quality Kids Child Care

I have been using this daycare for drop-off weekly for my children since my youngest was 3 weeks old. I have a job which requires me to travel, and on the days I work I drop off my children here. This was my first experience with a daycare-previously, my mother was watching my them. Needless to say I was terrified. I was nervous about "strangers" watching my children, but my mother was getting older and did not feel she could handle 3 children, including a newborn. I REALLY lucked out here. They took excellent care of my children. The infant area is clean and bright, and the babies are moved around station to station throughout the day. No "dark rooms full of infant swings" (which I have seen in some other facilities). They are very strict about the caregiver-to-child ratio. My older children are also well cared for, with plenty of educational, stimulating activities. Even though they only come once a week, the teachers all know them by name. There is a real sense of community here. Staff is friendly and professional. I do not worry about my children when they are here, because I know they will be safe and well cared-for.

Quality Kids will be the last daycare my son will have attended. Seeing as how he will be starting public school. We are so greatful and proud to have been apart of this establishment , who caters to the growth and developement of children in the most sincere way. My son came from a child, resort type daycare before attending Quality Kids. He dreaded going and education was not the focus at all. While at Quality Kids he blossomed into a educationally aware child. Looking forward to their homework, daily lessons and fun of course. My son got to know about 3/4 th of they staff by name and would talk about them all frequently. Ecspecially his favorite Mrs. Alice who he would sit and chat with early in the morning. I through time met the staff as well. Each devoted to their professions. They are not the type of people who are just there for a paycheck which I unfortunately came across quite frequently at other establishments. Quality Kids was a true blessing for my son and I. Nothing is as important as the safety, happiness, developement and love of our children. That is all you can expect at Quality Kids.

When I called to ask about their rates and to see if they had room for my 19 month old the lady who answered the phone was very short in words and rude. I thought to myself mybe i just called in a bad time. Since I really didn't need the whole week and they offer 3 days for $95.00 dollars I decided to take a look at the place. When I 1st walked in the 1st thing i thought to myself was where is the receptionist. Nobody was there to greet you. I must of stood there for about 5 min before the Asst. Director came out to see if I needed help. When i asked about there program she took me to the room and told me the agenda was posted on the wall if i wanted to see it. I wanted to know what the childrens day was like. Whiched i asked her and she just told me it was posted on the wall. Which I this point i know this is not where i wanted to take me child. The place looked messy. I didn't like to layout of the rooms. I really think the staff needs better customer service and be a lot more friendly.
