Richard is a liar bought Toyota Highlander in March said he sent title then it accidentally got lost in mail said it would take 2 months to get lost title waited 2 months said he got it just has to go pick it up another month goes by then come to find out he never had title in the first place supposedly he hired a lawyer to go after other dealer who had title said they had 60 days to get title or they would buy my car back wait 60 days said he got title in his hand and he is going to send it 2. Weeks go by never sends title because come to find out he doesn't have it then says his attorney misread the date for them to send it.having to hire lawyer to go after these crooks after 9 months of lies.if you want a major headache and stress in your life buy from these guys otherwise google these dealerships and deal with the ones that don't have bad reputation

I would do some research before buying from this company. I purchased a car it took them over a month to go to the title office. I am not one to bad mouth any company, but I will share my experience. I will not embellish my story either. The car is awesome, but the paper work needs to be taken care of ASAP! If you don't mind waiting for titles or paperwork showing ownership buy from here. If you want paperwork of any sort buy somewhere else.

This place is under investigation! Be very careful and get everything in writing. Write the check for "deposit only" to cover yourself. You have been warned.

I recently did business with Prime Imports and nothing was what he promised it would be. I wrote a check for $10,444 and the vehicle has been breaking down daily.



He is unresponsive and now I'm stuck with a non working vehicle I have not had for 30 days. I've filed a report with the state of Texas against his dealers license.



After careful research I've now found where this deceptive behavior is repetitive under numerous business names. I'm working to have this crook closed down for good!

I recently did business with Prime Imports and nothing was what he promised it would be. I drove from Houston ( roundtrip 500 miles ) to see the vehicle and wrote a check for $10,444 with a balance of $1075 for tax, title and license. Upon arrival in San Antonio the car exposed various issues he assured me and my fiancée he would repair then ship the vehicle to Houston. The following morning at 9 am he claimed everything was in order and ready to go , I believed him but looking back now repair shops typically don't open until 9 or 10 so there was no way he could have done what he claimed. By 10 am he was at the bank cashing my check.



Now days later I am being ignored regarding the same issues he promised to fix before purchase. This is a complete crook and anyone doing business with him would surely regret it.
